| Finally moved in to my dorm, yesterday. My room mate's awesome, and so's our (read as: she's known forever, I met yesterday) friend, Ray. I also got a new phone. Yay for materialistic news! I'm also eighteen. Whoo for me. Oh, and you know what my birthday present from my mom was? Her finding out (from my brothers, the narcs, no doubt) that I have a girlfriend. Not girl friend, girlfriend. Oh, boy! What excitement! And me and Amie (my roommate) are having dinner with her tonight. Yay. Not. So my girlfriend's name is Matilda, she goes to UNT, majoring in French, tallish, blonde, gorgeous green eyes, funny, incredible. Gotta go get my books (yet again: joy). | | |
| So I apparently have way too many issues with guys to ever consider dating. ::Sigh::. So there's Kevin, who I like, and who says he likes me too. Bad stuff: he's twenty-one, not quite single, and for some reason seems to be avoiding me. I don't get it, seriously. He said he likes me and that he'll call when he can hang out; that was Saturday. He never called. Said the same thing Sunday. Never called. What the hell???
And to make things even better, I messed around with my friend (who happens to be a really good friend of mine's older brother: awkward.) who apparently never completely got over the crush he had on me when he was twelve.
On a happier note, I got my first hang over Saturday morning, which lasted till Saturday night. And one of my car's rear view mirrors got broken, for the third time in two months. And the guy I like is still avoiding me. And I have death threats from my best friend for some of the stuff I've been trying lately. Joy. | | |
| i finally met the part of me that I knew was always missing (along with a good sized portion of my brain ;) ): his name is Leigh. He is, I swear, almost exactly like me. He's funny, he's a smart slacker, he's a slight (extreme) pyro, he enjoys chemistry, he realizes that cream soda is the nectar of the gods, he works 6 days a week, his family is even weirder than mine--our first date was nothing but arcade games at cinemark. dude. | | |
| im in orientation camp at austin right now, and i gotta tell y'all: knowing that im going to be moving here in two months was worth all the bull shit i had to deal with from lindsey, ms. boggs, and ms. barland. the boys are fine, the companies fun, the food is good, and i went to go get some mcdonalds last night at two am with jonathon--and no one cared. it was the greatest. | | |
| wow. im drunk as a drunk monkey, and i just drove home. read my other thingymajigabobber if youre special enough for me to have given you the name ;) | | |
